All orders placed with twopairs are subject to the following Terms and Conditions. Customers are responsible for reviewing the terms and conditions when visiting the site and placing their orders.

ORDERS

When customers submit an order via our website, they are subject to the current Terms and Conditions at the time the order is submitted. Orders are viewed as confirmed once the order is placed through our online store and payment is processed through our twopairs online secure server. All sales are priced in Australian dollars and include GST.

FREIGHT & SHIPPING

All orders are sent with Sendle. The freight component is added to an order and for most products are a flat fee of $15 anywhere within Australia. If any products purchased are deemed specialty products (fragile, large, heavy etc.) they will require an additional calculated freight charge. To identify a specialty item, this information will be clearly written in the description of the item. The item can be purchased and any additional freight charges will be calculated and quoted by our team once the purchase is made and you will receive an email about this within 24 hours of your order being placed. Should you not accept the quote we will of course refund your purchase in full.
Please note; as we use a courier service, we can not send to PO Boxes. Please provide a street address for shipping. Any address entered at checkout is the responsibility of the customer.

OVERSEAS FREIGHT

Unfortunately, we currently do not ship overseas.

RETURNS POLICY

All returns will be offered a store credit only to be redeemed online or in store. We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

If you have purchased an item for full price, we must be notified of your wish to return the item within 7 days of delivery, the item to be received at our provided return address within 14 days of the return request being made, to qualify for store credit. Any return received after 30 days will be returned to sender. All return shipping fees are at the customers expense.

The cost of the item(s) only will be credited if terms and conditions are agreed to. Shipping fees will not be refunded or credited. Return shipping costs are at the customers expense. Once the item has been returned in original condition to our warehouse, a store credit will be issued.

Sale and discounted purchases are final, this includes purchases made using a discount code. No returns are accepted for sale and discounted items.

Should there be a fault with one of our products, please send a photo via email  (shop@twopairs.com.au) and one of our staff will contact you within 48 hours to discuss. We require the photo to include the packaging, the parcel label and the damaged item. All requirements need to be displayed all in the one photo for a claim to be processed and approved.

PAYMENT

twopairs accepts online payment via credit cards – Visa and Bankcard or via direct debit. Afterpay is also available online and in store. All goods are not dispatched until payments are cleared.
