We offer 14 days returns for exchange or credit ONLY on all purchases excluding furniture.

You will need to notify us and return your item within 14 days of receiving your order. All items must be in perfect condition including any tags or special wrapping your item(s) arrived with. We do not cover the return cost of shipping your item back to our store. You are welcome to bring your order back in store.



We will happily provide an exchange or credit note for your item under the following conditions:
  • You have notified and returned your item within 14 days of receiving your order
  • Item must be in original condition and packaging with tags attached
  • Item must not be damaged, used, altered or washed
  • You must contact us before returning your item
  • Sale items cannot be returned unless deemed faulty
  • For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned
  • Furniture cannot be returned
  • Refunds are only available for damaged & faulty items
Please note for all pre-order furniture items we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges for change of mind. 
Returns do not include any postage costs from your order. The item(s) price will be refunded only. Please also note it can take a few business days for the refund balance to clear into your nominated bank account or payment method if a refund for damaged or faulty items has been redeemed.


After Pay Returns & Refunds

We do not offer refunds or credit notes for any orders paid via after pay.


Pre Orders

Once your pre-order is made we cannot offer a refund as each item is made to order.



If you would like to exchange an item, we recommend you make a separate purchase for the new item once your return has been authorised. Alternatively, you can request your preferred exchanged item when requesting a return with us. Additional postage costs will apply.


Credit notes

Credit notes will be issued as an online code (gift card) if your return is approved, we will send you your online code via email. Credit notes are valid for three years.


Damaged Goods

If your item has been damaged during transit with the courier, please contact us with an image immediately. We will either send you a replacement, offer a credit on your item if your item is out of stock or If you prefer a refund, the refund will be on the item only (excluding freight).

If you believe your item is faulty please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your damage goods.


Floor Rugs

We do not offer returns or exchanges on any floor rugs.
