Standard Delivery

  • Standard Australian delivery on small orders from $15.00 and will take approximately 3-5 business days, unfortunately we do not offer express at this stage

  • In store pick up: You will be contacted when your order is ready for collection. It would be greatly appreciated if your order is collected within 2 business days

*Please note that orders being shipped to remote areas may require additional postage costs

Specialty Items Delivery

  • If you have purchased an oversized/bulky/fragile items (or listed as a specialty item) you will be contacted with a shipping invoice to pay shipping based on the size, weight and delivery location.

  • Please note: Once you have purchased your item you are obliged to pay for shipping even if you haven't got a quote yet before ordering.

  • Please contact us prior to ordering for a quote if you would like to purchase a specialty item

  • Large orders take approximately 2 working days to dispatch from our warehouse

  • In store pick up: You will be contacted when your order is ready for collection

*All orders dispatched through our logistics company is covered by insurance. In the seldom even damages occur a full replacement will be offered. 

    We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible, purchases made Friday and over the weekend or on a public holiday will be posted on the next business day.

    Please allow a minimum of 1 working day for a shipping quote to be sent out. Specialty goods will be dispatched within 1-2working days after your shipping quote has been received and accepted

    Pre Order Delivery

    For all pre-order items we will email customers directly with an estimated dispatch date. The estimated lead time will also be specified in the products description.

    Cart and Shipping Info

    Please provide the correct contact number and email address. If you do not provide a correct number then you may miss out on important shipping information. When your order is shipped, our shipping partner will send you an email containing a tracking number which allows you to easily and quickly locate and track the progress of your order.

    Gift Wrapping

    twopairs are able to gift wrap your small orders. Please leave a note at checkout if you would like your item/s gift wrapped. Should you choose to send a gift directly to a recipient, twopairs are able to attach a gift tag complete with a personalised message.
