Terms & Conditions

All orders placed with twopairs are subject to the following terms and conditions. Customers are responsible for reviewing the terms and conditions when visiting the site and submitting orders.

ORDERS

When customers submit an order via our website, they are subject to the Terms and Conditions current at the date the order is submitted. Orders are viewed as confirmed once the order is placed through our online store and once payment is processed through the twopairs online secure server. All sales are priced in Australian dollars and include GST.

FREIGHT

The freight component is added to an order and for most products are a flat fee of $10 anywhere in Australia. However, there are some products which due to their size and or weight, will be extra and will be calculated based on the delivery address. If the product does not include freight it will be clearly written inside of the description box and will be quoted after your purchase. Shipping on this item will be quoted after purchase on the next available business day. Should you not accept the quote we will of course refund your purchase in full.

OVERSEAS FREIGHT

Customers residing overseas are responsible for their freight. All documentation must be provided and clear instructions and contact names are to be provided. Delivery to freight depots within Australia can be organised by our existing couriers. Most orders are normally dispatched within 3-5 working days.

RETURNS POLICY

Should there be a fault with one of our products, please send a photo via email  (admin@twopairs.com.au) and one of our staff will contact you within 48 hours to discuss. When deemed a manufacturer error we will happily replace the item for you.

PAYMENT

twopairs accepts payment via credit cards – Visa and Bankcard or via direct debit. On the rare occasion we accept cheque. All goods are not dispatched until payments are cleared. Payments that are paid by credit card will have “twopairs??? appear on their bank statement.
